a) Director/founder/owner's documents of the establishment (RoC, GST, PAN, DIN, etc.) via email.
b) Address proof and identity proof of the promoters via email.
c) Email stating the use of our "mark" only under our strict guidelines (guidelines as below)
d) Latest income tax return filed via email.
e) Latest financial statements, certified by a practicing CA (Chartered Accountant) via email.
f) Map /address indicating the location of the premises of the business via email.

g) In case you feel collecting your documents is taking time and you wish to start a business with our mark, no worries, we can start your
partnership with a confirmation stating that "you have all the valid documents and are in the said stage of the business and shall be
using our mark for that specific product/SKU/article " through confirmation via email. But remember, upon sharing the documents later
in case there is a discrepancy of non-valid figures of revenue and stages of business, the mark can be called off or continued only with
the property/products/SKUs using our mark in sharing business with us for those SKUS/articles/units/business. Sharing the business at
such conditions might attract sharing the business up to 10% of the total sales/revenue during that lot being used by you or upon
agreed conditions at the time of discussion or whatever suits both parties before making an agreement.
