Q1 What are gender-neutral products?

A1  Gender-neutral products are items that are not specifically marketed or designed for a particular gender. They aim to be inclusive and can be used by individuals of any gender identity.

Q3 What types of products can be made gender-neutral?

A3  Virtually any product can be made gender-neutral. Common examples include clothing, toys, toiletries, cosmetics, offices private or co-working, restaurants, cafes, hotels, travel hostels, retail stores, malls, hospitals, clinics, dedicated gynecology services, hair salons, beauty and makeup studios, tattoo parlors, hair transplant studios, and even more. The key is to remove or neutralize gender-specific branding, colors, or design elements.

Q4 Do gender-neutral products support or oppose traditional gender roles?

A4  Gender-neutral products oppose traditional gender roles by challenging the idea that certain products are only for one gender. They promote the idea that anyone can use and enjoy any product, regardless of gender.

Q9 Do gender-neutral products only come in neutral colors like gray and beige?

A9 While many gender-neutral products do use neutral colors, there is no strict rule. Gender-neutral products can come in a wide range of colors, including vibrant ones. The key is to avoid overly gendered color schemes, such as overly pink or blue.

Q10 Are gender-neutral products only for non-binary or transgender individuals?

A10 No, gender-neutral products are for everyone. They are designed to be inclusive for people of all gender identities, not just non-binary or transgender individuals.

Q11 How will the "MARK" benefit me as a BRAND/COMPANY and as a CUSTOMER ?

A11  As a brand /company owner, using this mark will allow you to market/sell and distribute your products to all human beings collectively instead of selling to only a specific Gender. These Gender restrictions are not good from the point of view of sales and the market, the market is made for everyone by everyone and should be treated the same way. Using our "mark", your Gender specific products can be marketed and sold to any gender alongside the mentioned Gender, this will increase sales, reputation, market prominence, and inclusiveness as a brand. Example: A clothing article says skirt//lingrie etc. or has a separate section (both online and physical store) of biological females and biological males, but if the brand uses our "mark" in their articles, it tells the nature of the product is neutral and anyone can wear it. If a brand wishes to make clothes gender-specific they can then mention only that gender and not use our mark for that article. The same goes with cosmetics, a lipstick can be used by anyone of any gender if it uses our mark anyone can buy and use it. This will not just boost sales but also work towards a more inclusive society. We recommend and request brands to come forward and start speaking and creating an impact through your products with our "mark" helping you grow faster and better.

Benefits of this "mark" for customers: When you use a product as a biological male/biological female you are confined by its usage as a gender but many times it happens that we wish to exchange inter-gender products and try them or use them and we all know it deep inside silently we fall for inter-gender products. The best example is perfumes, males and females have been falling for inter-gender fragrances but they cannot boldly use them because of their limitations as gender usage, marketing, and positioning to us and that's what we are doing by our "mark", this mark gives you confidence that a product can be used by anyone /everyone. Another best example is lip balm, no one judges each other while they use a lip balm, lip balm is for lips, healing them and treating them but what about lipstick? Too many judgments if inter-gender usage happens, lipstick is also an add-on to lips and any gender can use it, right? But don't worry we are here to break it for everyone through our GENDER Neutral ™ mark

Q12  As a BRAND, can I choose to use the mark in my selective SKUS/ARTICLES/UNITS/OUTLETS 
       STORES/BRANCH or do I have to use the mark for the entire brand for all products collectively?

A12  We recommend you use the mark for all the SKUs/Articles/branches/outlets. We have catered our pricing in such a way that if you are a startup, small size, medium size, big size, or massive size, you can choose accordingly. Although you are free to choose which products/SKUs/articles/branches/outlets to use the mark for, that comes with some conditions (check the Plans & Prices page for more info). Using our mark for the entire brand and all its products allows you to market your brand/company as GENDER Neutral ™ as a whole, till then only the selected products are given the status of being GENDER Neutral ™ not the brand as a whole. Also, when you use the mark for the entire brand, you get free advantage of promoting/marketing it online and offline free of cost and showcasing your brand as a whole in support of GENDER Neutral ™ products coming out of your brand.

Q13 Will the mark be downloaded or will it be sent to us physically by post or will it be emailed to          us?

A13  Once your agreement and payment process is completed with us, we will then ask you for your custom dimensions and we will create a custom pdf+png+.jpeg file to be used that is sharp, crisp, and clear. You can print the pdf for physical use, or use .png and.jpeg for online/digital use. If you do not have any custom requirements, we will then share with you an A4 standard-size file in all the said formats (pdf+png+jpeg). If in case you need a physical copy that is a custom size and needs to be shipped by us to you, handling shipping, and printing charges of a total INR 500* + GST shall apply. (size limit from A4 to double A4) Double A4 means keep 2 A4 sheets and the combined size is double A4 size.
* The charges depend upon the price of the paper and courier at the time of our agreement with you. The final prices shall be notified to you at the time of agreement.

Q14 There is already a term "UNISEX" that has been in existence for long, so how is GENDER     
      Neutral ™ different from UNISEX ?

A14  UNISEX means either for man or a woman where as GENDER Neutral ™ means for every gender or any gender or not restricted to any gender

Q15 What if we as a brand make a GENDER Neutral ™ product that is made for biological males but in case of being used by females would not that product hurt or harm biological females as female skin/body is different/sensitive as compared to male? For example, a male face wash is made to treat issues in a male hard skin of the face. If this product is used by females or any transitioning genders, it may harm them if it has GENDER Neutral ™ mentioned on it. And for us as a customer, wouldn't it be a challenge to decide to use that product or not ,inter gender?

A15  A brand always has the freedom to choose what to mention as per the making of a product, its utility, ingredients, targeted Gender, and the issues around that aspect, but if a male face wash says GENDER Neutral ™ on it, it must be made in a way where it can be used by any genders without any issues to any. Generally speaking, males tend to use female products thinking they are mild products but that's not always the case. In certain cases where a brand wishes to focus on issues specific to specific genders, our suggestion is to make 3 categories of products. One for males another for females, and last but not the least is GENDER Neutral ™ product that can be used by all in all the cases boldly. Our best example always remains Lipsticks, we wish to see Lipsticks being used like a lip balm, no Gender judges anyone and that is only possible through your products with our "mark".
